What forms of payment do you accept?
When you get to the checkout stage of your order, you will be able to choose to pay with your Visa or Mastercard, or with your Paypal account if you have one. You can also opt to print out your order and mail your payment in to us in the form of a Check or Money Order in US$. We cannot recommend mailing cash payments. We do not accept American Express or Discover. If you squeeze the number into the form, we still cannot process it and you will have to place the order again.

How much is shipping?
USA & Canada deliveries currently have a flat rate of $5.00 per order.
All other overseas delivery costs are calculated by weight. Please note that heavy orders, such as multiple LPs, going international may be sent by surface mail (4-6 weeks). We ship USPS.

When will I receive my order?
Most items are shipped out within 2-3 business days of you placing your order, many in the same day. Some special order items may take longer to deliver but you will be informed of any expected delays. Cassettes and LPs are more likely to incur delays than CDs, however we can usually guarantee delivery of even an out of stock item within about two weeks.

What if I'm not happy with my product?
In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise you are unhappy with for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you purchased your GNP Crescendo item through a retailer other than ourselves, please approach them for their assistance.

Can I order by phone or mail?
Of course! To order by phone please call us toll free on (800) 654 7029. If you would like to place the order online and them mail payment, please do so, in choosing 'Check/Money Order' when prompted for payment method. Our mailing address is provided at that point for your convenience.
